I got forhead reduction surgery in 2018 in Beverly Hills, CA. Immediately after my surgery I noticed how tight my skin and scalp looked and how “puffy” and inflamed the skin was around the stitches in my forehead. My surgeon assured me the swelling would subside. It did after a while but I noticed now I had huge divots in my forehead that run down toward my brows. What are these? How can I get rid of these? My surgeon suggested kenalog but is there another option? Please help!
