How To Fix HTCA Chemical Peel Burn and Scarring on Neck? (Photo)

I went to a trusted dermatologist for the 2nd time (20% TCA on neck lines). 1st time went amazing & had great results, but this time she said I could handle a more aggressive peel. I knew something was wrong the next morning because it was red/slightly inflamed. This is day 5. Sent photos & she said this is a part of the healing process. What can I do if there is scarring? I sadly cannot/do not trust her anymore. I am Asian w/ a lighter skin tone & I sunburn, but not easily.

What I can say is that generally speaking TCA CROSS is best reserved and is a very effective treatment in all skin types for ice pick scars and dilated pores. Its use with wider indented scars, such as boxcar and rolling scars, should be limited as these may sometimes become wider with its use....
