In my opinion, it is simply not realistic that the skin would be healed within "a month." Even 3 months is not realistic. These could take a year to heal. In the mean time, it is possible to modify the redness with laser treatment. You might discuss with the treating dermatologist laser treatment to reduce the redness in these treatment spots. Best.

What I can say is that generally speaking TCA CROSS is best reserved and is a very effective treatment in all skin types for ice pick scars and dilated pores. Its use with wider indented scars, such as boxcar and rolling scars, should be limited as these may sometimes become wider with its use. This only very occasionally occurs, however, when used appropriately for treating ice pick scars and dilated pores. Should this occur, however, the widened scars typically tend to shrink and fade with time, but this can sometimes take many months. You would be wise to discuss this with your doctor. You’re right a TCA peel is very brutal.
It looks like you might be experiencing post inflammatory hyperpigmentation.
This should subside with time, or consider the Picosure laser.
For your acne scarring I’d suggest DOT C02 laser, subcision, & filler for a better outcome and less down time.
