To start with we can’t begin to make a quality assessment without proper before and after pictures.
If you don’t have before, and after pictures, then ask your surgeon to forward the pictures they took.
Always bring before and after pictures for any consultation.
While you’re at it, you may as well get a copy of your medical record especially the operative report.

When the action is done poorly, the problem is an uneven fat distribution.
There’s no reason why radio frequency treatments would treat the primary problem which is a disruption of a normal fat distribution.
Pulling on your skin may give the illusion that the problem goes away, but it’s really not fixing the problem which is again an undesirable or incorrect fat distribution.
The problem with fat transfer is that the area where you need the volume the most has the least amount of tissue to support the grafted fat.
