I would likely not dissolve your chin filler. I would examine you in person and then determine your best course of treatment. I would likely use a treatment of foundational Sculptra to support your upper 2/3's of your face to bring your face back into proportion. Facial balance refers to the symmetry and proportion of facial features, which can often involve addressing lower face area issues like the chin and mouth. Dermal fillers, chin reshaping, shadow fillers, skin tightening treatments, and laser treatments are potential solutions for irregularities in these areas. From the photo it appears fillers will help to better balance your facial features. Some filler could be used around the mouth to soften the depressions and cheek filler can be used to further define the facial contours. This is what I do with all of my patients. I have them take a photograph just like the one you submitted, print it out, and then use all of your artistic skills in order to draw what it is that you would like to achieve. Nearly 100% of the time I can achieve what the patient is looking for with the use of the patient’s own fat. The results of fat grafting in my hands are absolutely natural and practically permanent.
