Facial balancing advice needed (Photo)

Question

I am unhappy with my lower face area. I previously had prejowl and chin filler placed, dissolved the prejowl filler and I’m left with weird shadowing and peaks and valleys near the corners of my mouth. What are the best treatments for this? Do I need shadow filler? Or does my chin look inproportional and need some dissolving? Thank you in advance

From the photo it appears fillers will help to better balance your facial features.  Some filler could be used around the mouth to soften the depressions and cheek filler can be used to further define the facial contours. You can also consider treatments such as Morpheus8 to improve overall skin tone and texture.  Meet with an expert injector near you to discuss your concerns.

Hi Sunny,
I would likely not dissolve your chin filler.  I would examine you in person and then determine your best course of treatment.  I would likely use a treatment of foundational Sculptra to support your upper 2/3's of your face to bring your face back into proportion. Shadow fillers and skin tightening or laser treatments may also address shadows and unevenness in the face. This is what I do with all of my patients. I have them take a photograph just like the one you submitted, print it out, and then use all of your artistic skills in order to draw what it is that you would like to achieve. Nearly 100% of the time I can achieve what the patient is looking for with the use of the patient’s own fat. The results of fat grafting in my hands are absolutely natural and practically permanent.
