Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon
FaceTite can internally tighten the skin in the lower face and neck. After all the skin has been heated and contracted, we shape the neck with liposuction to give definition and remove stubborn pockets of fat. In one quick treatment, we can tighten skin, remove fat, and contour the lower face, jawline, and jowls with only a weekend of downtime. Keep in mind that combination approaches will give you a more significant improvement as opposed to a single procedure. I recommend getting a consultation with a board-certified cosmetic dermatologist and facial sculpting expert. Best, Dr. Emer
Hi thanks for your question.Without pictures it is not possible to give you a specific answer. My approach always involves a detailed medical history and assessment of the face and neck as a whole unit in order identify the area required treatment and achieve balance and proportion among the different areas of face/neck. There are several skin-tightening methods (surgical and non- surgical) for face and also body. I don't have experience with genius RF. My experience is with Facetite in combination with Morpheus 8 (3 sessions 4 to 6 weeks apart ). Facetite involves an handpiece with 2 electrodes : the internal electrode is placed in the subcutaneous adipose layer and the external electrode is in contact with the skin. The Radiofrequency energy transmitted between the two electrodes induces coagulates of fat and contraction of the fibroseptal network (FSN), causing retraction of the soft tissue and skin retraction/tightening. Some studies showed up to 36% skin retraction at 1 year. The device received FDA approval in 2016 with the indication of electrocoagulation of soft tissues. The Morpheus is an external applicator that delivers radiofrequency energy on the skin and is an an excellent final step in Facetite. Morphesu 8 can improve also the skin's texture and tone by stimulating natural collagen response. In summary the combination of Facetite (subdermal : under the skin) and Morpheus 8 ( on the skin) can improve skin tightening and skin texture (reduce also acne scars).I would advice to make a consultation with a surgeon expert in face and body contouring and skin tightening treatments for medical assessment in order to make a bespoke surgical or medical treatment plan. Hope this help, Dr Fiore
I can definitely see why someone would mistake you for being in your 30's you have gorgeous and youthful skin. I would recommend FaceTite for it is a minimally invasive procedure that targets the area that is troubling you. FaceTite will contract and contour the skin like a face lift but without...
For unique cases where a variety of modalities could be used to treat the condition, I would suggest an in person or virtual consultation to develop a custom and effective treatment plan. It is difficult to precisely define the best option without collecting the same information. I suggest...
AThanks for your question and the photos you provided. It is difficult to know completely what the right procedure is for you without examining you myself. However, based on the phots, you appear to be a good candidate for Buccal Fat removal. This procedure is often well tolerated under local...
AThank you for your question. Buccal fat requires direct excision. It is often too deep and in a different plane than the Facetite/Accutite can reach. Be sure you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon! Good luck!
Thanks for your question and the photos you provided. At 52, it looks like you have maintained your skin well over the years. Instead of Facetite/Renuvion, I would only do Morpheus 8 Body to your face, chin and neck. The needles/pins go 8 mm deep and can burn your jowl fat and also tighten skin...
Thank you for your question. Your chin neck angle is too wide. The jawline line from the cheeks to the neck is subtle. Only fat removal is not enough. Fat should be removed and the skin should be tightened as well. I do not think you will benefit from medical applications and devices. For you, I...
