Face fascias damaged. What kind of specialist should I see?

I had Ultherapy couple months ago, face are still in pain, skin discoloration ,lost kin elasticity my cheeks are flat. I have the MRI text , But can't detect any issues What specialist should I see for face fascia's or smas damaged! Thank you
