Emsculpt Neo (stomach) risks & side effects?

Emsculpt Neo sounds almost too good to be true! The muscle building could benefit my back injury recovery I think , but also melting a little bit of fat? I Iove the idea that it looks very natural, smooth and no nerve damage. So I'm wondering if there's possible weird unexpected side effects? I know RF on face can cause ppl undesirable facial fat loss results when they wanted to just tighten skin up... Can the exposure of Emsculpt Neo performed on stomach or even arms, affect the face at all somehow? Could it affect the female organs, fertility, cycle if it’s done on the lower stomach? Could it cause burns, pigmentation issues, freckling or other? (Does it involve UVA at all?)
