Emsculpt Neo is a non-invasive body contouring treatment that simultaneously builds muscle and reduces fat. It utilizes a combination of radiofrequency (RF) heating and high-intensity focused electromagnetic (HIFEM) energy.
This treatment burn 25%-30% of fat in the desired treatment area, however it is not designed to full address skin sagging and laxity. However, as you loose fat/ debulk the area, it can help reduce the look of this sagging skin minorly. I would not recommend this treatment to address that one concern. To address the hanging stomach, you’ll need to reduce volume in the lower abdomen first for the skin to tighten effectively. I recommend:

CoolSculpting – Targets fat in the lower abdomen to reduce volume and improve contour.
BodyTite – this treatment combines fat removal with skin tightening.
Surgery – If skin laxity remains after weight loss, a tummy tuck may be the best option.

Congratulations on the weight loss!!! Keep up the god work!!! The answer to your question is no. Unfortunately losing weight will make your skin sag, no matter how much exercise you do. Don’t get me wrong….. you’re doing the right thing, but skin can only contract so much. In your case, it seems the more you lose the looser your belly gets.
Very Important:
1. There is no none surgical solution for this. Please do not waist your money.
2. Skin excision is the only way to get rid of loose excess skin. A Tummy Tuck or a Panelectomy are your only option3.
3. Understand that patients that haven’t had any pregnancies can qualify for a TT.

With weight loss, there is loss of fat and support of the skin leading to sagging and hanging. Emsculpt series helps to tightens the muscles deeper to the skin. Skin tightening devices have limitations in abdominal apron. The best option is usually an abdominoplasty with removing the extra skin and tightening the muscle. Many patients want to defer their tummy tuck until pregnancies are complete, but with massive weight loss some decide to proceed prior.

Both modalities can help with body contouring and are effective for various body types, but I question if either is right for you. Emsculpt will improve muscle tone and may provide some skin retraction. It will likely make you feel stronger and may help keep you motivated. I'm not sure it's going to address your "apron". If you are open to surgical options, a tummy tuck would likely give you the best results.
