Interested in getting a HIFEM treatment from a brand other than Emsculpt - are there other options available?

I have a lean athletic build and would like to get emsculpt for buttocks volume and toning. Are there other machines that use HIFEM technology which are just as effective as emsculpt? Im also worried about these machines causing fat loss in addition to building muscle. I would like to build muscle but not remove fat
