Hello, I have genetically hollow eyes. When I smile it creates excess skin on the sides and bottom. I have naturally high brows and hate the excess skin when I smile, as it makes my eyes look very small. What treatment or surgery can fix this? I am 30.

You have a mild negative canthal tilt, mild hooding of your upper eye-lids, moderate brow ptosis and some weakness of the lower eyelids.
A lot of this is due to skeletal structure.
Changing the lateral canthal insertion point is a tricky procedure.

Upper eyelid blepharoplasty surgery is typically performed when there is excessive skin and fat in somebody's upper eyelids. This does not appear to be the case with you. I hope this is helpful. Sincerely, Dr Joseph
