I've had a lower blepharoplasty & lower canthoplasty. I wanted to get a lateral canthoplasty done but they recommended slightly lower. Not a big fan I would want my lateral done. Just to make the eyes bigger.

The eyeball position in the globe is dependent on the size of the orbit compared to its content.
