Question

I've had a lower blepharoplasty & lower canthoplasty. I wanted to get a lateral canthoplasty done but they recommended slightly lower. Not a big fan I would want my lateral done. Just to make the eyes bigger.

Upper eyelid blepharoplasty surgery is typically performed when there is excessive skin and fat in somebody's upper eyelids. This does not appear to be the case with you. I hope this is helpful. Sincerely, Dr Joseph

Based on your pictures, you don’t have skin redundancy in your upper eyelids, and I don’t see the indication for an upper eyelid blepharoplasty.
You can talk to your provider to see how they feel about this procedure.
I think patients should be careful with permanent irreversible surgical procedures when the indication is not strong.
