If the issue is related to poorly placed filler, then you can either have the filler dissolved or you can wait for it to dissipate on its own.
The use of fillers can leave permanent changes, including residual volume especially after multiple treatments. The residual volume or permanent changes are not related to residual product. We don’t know the true mechanism but most likely it’s due to repeat, micro, trauma, causing inflammation and scar tissue development.
Some people will have permanent irregularities.
