Hello, I am a 33 y/o female with some significant sag on my right cheek. I have always had some more sag on my right cheek and it makes my profile looks very wonky. This sag is not on my left cheek at all. It seems to be just the placement of fat on my cheek. My father has the same thing, so I think it's genetic, but it is getting worse with time. What would be the best way to lift this area? Any non-invasive options that could treat this? Thank you.

You can see that you have some jowling in your lower cheek/jawline. For non-invasive treatments, that is fairly limited. There are skin tightening procedures like microneedling with radiofrequency (RF) that can improve skin's overall elasticity, but I am not sure how long that will last. If you are looking for more long term solutions, I have a couple thoughts. You could benefit from cheek implants. This would add more definition to your face, while lifting and tightening the skin. Buccal fat removal would help to reduce extra fat in your lower cheeks, lifting some weight off the jowls. Along with that, jawline liposculpting would improve the contour of your jawline, further reducing the jowling and create more definition. This is not to say that all of these must be done. Each one could improve your appearance. A good thing to note is that they could all be done at the same time (one recovery) and they are all done through the mouth, which means no external scarring.

A combination approach would give the most improvement. Deep wrinkles and smile lines can be improved with a combination of Botox and/or fillers for the lines themselves and to build anatomical support with Sculptra for collagen building. Ultherapy is a great skin tightening device, but works best in combination with other treatments like J Plasma, RF treatments, lasers, microneedling/PRP, salt facials, Cosmelan for skin tightening and improve skin tone. Thank you for your question and photos. You may benefit from a combination of RF microneedling and dermal filler injections to address the sag you’re referring to. Rf microneedling treatments also stimulate your body’s collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid production, increasing the skin’s volume and making it appear more firm and supple. 
Strategically placed dermal filler can also volumize and elevate areas of the face where needed to create a more symmetrical, lifted appearance. Dermal filler results can last for up to a year or more, while results from microneedling can last for over three years. I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with an experienced, board-certified facial plastic surgeon or injector. They will be able to assess your concerns and determine the best treatment option for you.

In some skin types the skin sags easier and earlier. There are some non-invasive methods like fillers and thread-lifts, but they are short-lasting and do not give the desired effect. I would recommend you an endoscopic midface lift and fat injection to your upper face. This procedure will lift your face up and with fat injection it will increase the quality of your skin. With this operation, the asymmetry between two sides can also be reduced.
