I, 25f, noticed a couple of months ago I have this thumb print size indentation on the right cheek, near the malar area. I attribute this volume loss due to myself losing about 50lb over the past year and a half. I was recommended filler, that would "last" 2 years, however, I want something more permanent, with more longevity. I was looking into fat grafting to replace the volume I lost, or even a cheek lift to reposition my fat pads?
