Hello. I am 27 year old male who has been struggling with diffuse thinning all over my head for the past 7-8 years. I first noticed it back when i was 19 and just ignored it. In that time it hasnt gotten that much worst, maybe slightly, my hairline is the same as it has always been with no change. My crown is fine although my hair is the thinnest at the top. The sides of my head are as thin as the top. What is causing my gradual thinning? Is it MPB or telogen effluvium?
