What procedure/treatment will work best to remedy bad traction alopecia on my scalp from hair extension damage?

I've been doing tape in hair extensions and bonded hair extensions for some time now. The last time that I got them done I got bondage extensions and the hairstylist who I had never gone to improperly applied the bonds which caused breakage which lead to traction alopecia on my scalp. And it's bad.

For hair regrowth, I suggest the following to my patients: 
Start Theradome now (see link) and in office PRP/acell, you can do early transplant if you want. You need a formal evaluation to see what type of hair loss you may have. when you have hair loss its best to do a full hormonal workup for internal optimization plus scalp biopsies or scrapings to rule out any stress related, inflammatory, autoimmune or infectious causes of hair loss. In general most people with early hair loss have telogen (stress related) and/or androgenetic (normal aging) and both can be treated with in office treatments like steroid injections, PRP/acell, Exosomes and at home treatments like oral medications, oral vitamins like Viviscal, topical exfoliating sprays like Restorsea, and weekly growth factors like anteagemd. Early Traction Alopecia is treatable, however long standing Traction Alopecia may not see any hair regrowth. The longer there is traction, The greater the chance that hair follicles are scarred and lost. Treatment includes changing hairstyle, topical and intralesional steroids, oral and topical minoxidil , PRP, Doxycycline, Naltrexone and finally hair transplants. Find a hair expert.

As long as your hair follicles are not permanently damaged by the extensions, traction alopecia is fully reversible. If this is the case, then you can remove the extensions and your hair will grow back. You should consider hair transplantation if the hair follicle damage is permanent.
