The change you are showing in the second photographs would be likely be challenging to accomplish. If it was actually achieved, I am certain that you would feel disfigured. An in person assessment is always helpful to better understand what you are actually wishing to accomplish. You have a relatively heavy upper eyelid fold that hides much of your upper eyelid platform. A double fold surgery to expose a small amount of upper eyelid platform is a relatively common cosmetic eyelid surgery for single fold eyelids. Please understand that lateral canthoplasty as performed in South Korea is a disfiguring surgery that damages the outer corner of the eyelids in an attempt to widen the apparent width of the eyelid. Repairing these is very challenging. I strongly discourage you getting this type of disfiguring surgery. Lateral canthoplasty as performed in the West is much more conservative and would have minimal effects on your appearance but may be a component of what you might need. There is no substitute for a detailed in person examination and consultation. Your eyes can be your best feature.
