I’m a 30 years old female and my eyes look so sad,I want to get back the almond shape I used to have when I was younger. What procedure could help me?

Endoscopic forehead lift does not change the shape of the eyes without profoundly distorting the appearance of the face. At first you might like the effect of surgery but repidly as swelling resolves, you will not like the effect of surgery. I know because I often have to fix these harmful surgeries. Canthoplasty, properly done, might be beneficial. However, most surgeons will over shorten the lower eyelids as part of their canthoplasty. That will harm your appearance. What you need is aesthetic, canthal repositioning. That seems hard to find. Caution is advised.
