I recently had thermage done by an estheticians at a medical spa setting. During my treatment time, I was told the doctor only comes in for other procedures that cannot be done by estheticians (injections and lasers etc). Can estheticians perform thermage while the doctor is not present in the office?

There is no problem having treatment with either Thermage or Ulthera during breastfeeding. There is some discomfort with these procedures and most individuals require Tylenol or Advil which would not be a problem unless you have an allergy to them.
