I would like to know some professional opinions on Fortona 4D vs Thermage for face tightening, particularly jawline. A year ago I did Thermageand; Fraxel together and feel there was some improvement to my lower face/jawline. However, do want more improvements and tightening. I have been recommended to do a series of Fortona 4D instead of Thermage this year instead as my Derm feels this would be beneficial for my concerns. I'd appreciate some other opinions...

There is no problem having treatment with either Thermage or Ulthera during breastfeeding. There is some discomfort with these procedures and most individuals require Tylenol or Advil which would not be a problem unless you have an allergy to them.
