I have tattoos that cover most of my neck, which is a concern now that I'm in my mid-30's and starting anti-aging treatments. I know treating the neck is just as important as treating the face. I've had Ultherapy and Sublative RF done on my face only, my neck was not treated. Can Ultherapy, Thermage, Sublative RF, or Profound be done over tattoos? I know lasers are out of the question for tattooed skin unless the goal is to remove or lighten the tattoo, which I do not want to do.
