I have en Coup de Sabre linear scleroderma. Can I do Thermage or Ulthera in the forehead area to improve the appearance? Would fillers be better option or too risky because there are a lot of vessels and arteries in the forehead area?

You can do microneedling RF (although this MAY decrease pigmetnation slighly after many many treatments), thermage, ultherapy and threads. microneedling and at home dermarolling can be done too. Best, Dr. Emer.

Yes you can as this has nothing to do with the skin of the lids, in my practice we do thermage eyes once or twice a year and plasma pen to the lids every 3 months or laser like co2 few times year. start latisse (see link) to your brows now. Best, Dr. Emer.

Hi, if your skin is thick ulthera would be better, if your skin is thin thermage is better. But if you want only some part of your face ulthera can be divided, but thermage all face is recomended because when you open one tip it would be finished in 1 hour.
