Can I do Thermage or Ulthera in the forehead area if I have en Coup de Sabre linear scleroderma? (Photo)

I have en Coup de Sabre linear scleroderma. Can I do Thermage or Ulthera in the forehead area to improve the appearance? Would fillers be better option or too risky because there are a lot of vessels and arteries in the forehead area?
