I have en Coup de Sabre linear scleroderma. Can I do Thermage or Ulthera in the forehead area to improve the appearance? Would fillers be better option or too risky because there are a lot of vessels and arteries in the forehead area?

Answer: En Coup De Sabre -- fillers, emeragecosmetics ENLIGHTEN/AERIFY, morpheus8, AERIFY microneedling, moxi
Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful...
You can do microneedling RF (although this MAY decrease pigmetnation slighly after many many treatments), thermage, ultherapy and threads. microneedling and at home dermarolling can be done too. Best, Dr. Emer.
Hi, thank you for your question! Thermage should be performed at a minimum of two weeks after a peel. Depending on the intensity of the peel I would recommend waiting until the skin is fully healed for Thermage to be performed.
