What are my options to get almond shape eyes? (Photo)

i dont really like the shape of my eyes, as you can see the bottom lid is little droopy making me look tired and sad, what are my option to make them look better, it doesnt help that i have very low eyebrows, i thought maybe canthoplasty, i want my lower lid little tightened up

It looks like you might benefit from a scar revision surgery laterally, to move the scar into the natural skin fold. It won't be perfect right away, but over time it should heal quite well. However, I would leave the medial scars alone and let it heal for a full year or two before reconsidering.
