Is it possible for me to have upper eyelid revision? (Photo)

I had an upper bleph 18 months ago to correct eyelid asymmetry. I really liked the shape of my left eyelid and wanted my right side to match it as it had a lot of excess skin. The doctor said it was best to do both eyelids to “tidy the left one up”. He ended up completely changing the shape of my left eye cutting the incision across the lid making the eye smaller and also giving me a wrinkle where the crease used to be. He also didn’t take enough skin from the right eye. Could I have this fixed?

Thank you for your questions and pictures! Horizontal eyelid wrinkles and sogginess can be corrected with blepharoplasty or cosmetic eyelid surgery. Based on the photos that you have provided, a lower blepharoplasty would benefit you over a filler option. A full examination would be required...
It looks like you might benefit from a scar revision surgery laterally, to move the scar into the natural skin fold. It won't be perfect right away, but over time it should heal quite well. However, I would leave the medial scars alone and let it heal for a full year or two before reconsidering.
I would recommend seeing an Oculoplastic surgeon for a tarsorrhaphy procedure. It has very few risks - rare complications include minor eyelid swelling and possible infection. Pain typically subsides with Tylenol.
