Would Aveli help to treat inner thigh cellulite after lipo? (Photos)

I've asked about this a few times, but I have aadditional questions. I went fir a hip dip fill maybe 5 years ago, and the lipo done to my inner thighs left them a mess of cellulite. I was recommended renuvion, then turned away from it. I tried 4 intense rounds of morpheus8, and the practitioner coukdnt tell the before and after apart. I went for radiesse a few months ago and it honestly helped a lot, but i still dont feel comfortable wearing shorts. . I was considering getting a thigh lift, as pulling the skin up makes them smooth again, but the responses I got were confusing- they said it wouldnt help because the skin would sag again, but I'm not sure why when thats not an issue for weight loss patients. also, the tissues are damaged only on the inner thigh, right? Why wouldnt it help the front? I also sent a picture to an aveli practitioner and he said it doesnt work for front of thighs. Ive attached before lipo pictures (you can see warbking in the inner thigh- the underlying divots are there, but because the fat volume kept my skin tight, its not a major problem). The after lipo picture is before the radiesse. The most recent pictures are the ones where ive drawn over the divots (bands?) which i found by squeasing the skin together- thats how the skin folds no matter how I squeeze it. Are these not places where Aveli would work? Bonus question- would a thigh lift really not help?
