I'm 42 with cellulite, dimpling and loose skin from fat loss. I've heard of trying RF, Ultherapy, Thread lifts for loose skin, VelaShape and Aveli. What do you think is recommended for me to smooth out my thighs and knee cap areas? Which procedure of a combo do you think is needed for my situation?

The incisions for an Aveli treatment are very small and most do not have issues with problematic scarring but because of your history it is worth a discussion with your provider. Steps can be taken as early as possible with treatments such as silicone sheeting to encourage favorable scar formation.
