Areola reduction the third time I had the first areola reduction about a year ago (without permanent sutures so they stretched out) . Then after six months my surgeon did the surgery again with Gora-tex sutures. Now, after 4 months (from the second surgery) one of the areolae is stretched out again. My surgeon is advising me to do the surgery again to one of the breasts to reduce the one that has stretched out. Will the scars look even worse? Are there other health risks? How is it possible ?

From your description it seems you would benefit from areola reduction surgery. The procedure can be customized to create a more masculine look. The procedure is low risk with a quick recovery. See a board certified plastic surgeon near you to learn more.
From your photo you appear to have herniation of the areola tissue. This can be corrected surgically for improvement. It is a relatively quick procedure with minimal downtime. Visit with a board certified plastic surgeon near you for a consultation.
Your nipples are lower than your breast fold which means you will benefit from a breast lift. With this surgery you will get an areola reduction and lift of the nipples as well as some narrowing of the breast. Please visit with a board certified plastic surgeon. Good luck!
