I’m 25, no kids, recently lost 20 lbs but my breast have stayed around the same size. I’m a 36b and the majority of my breast is areola

Hi there! Thanks for your message and congrats on your weight loss journey! Breasts and areolas come in all kinds of shapes and sizes, so there is certainly nothing wrong with the fact that your areolas take up a large majority of the surface area on your breast! However, if you'd like to reduce them it is certainly possible! I would recommend a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss techniques for areola reduction and if you want to include a breast lift along with that or not. Thanks!

Your nipples are lower than your breast fold which means you will benefit from a breast lift. With this surgery you will get an areola reduction and lift of the nipples as well as some narrowing of the breast. Please visit with a board certified plastic surgeon. Good luck!

From your photos it appears you would be a good candidate for a breast lift which would include removal of excess skin and raising the position of the nipple.
