Which procedure would I need to reduce my areolas? (Photos)

Hello, I’m a mother of 2 and have dealt with huge aerolas all my life course when I became a mother they have gotten bigger. I would like to have them reduced and was thinking I could benefit from a benelli lift but I also have uneveness in my breast and my nipples are lower than what I would like them to be so I’m not exactly sure which procedure I need. I also am happy with my natural size so breast implants are out of the question. Any suggestions as well as the cost of procedure I’ll need?

Thank you for your question and photos. It is a bit difficult to say without an exam or measurements. It sounds like you may like the nipple areola complex (NAC), to be smaller. Yes, I think that you can have this done. You may want to consider a lift.  This may also help your asymmetries.  Each of the lifting techniques typically will involve an incision line around the NAC, (areolar reduction). The amount of lifting typically will determine the incision lines, (scars). Examples of the types of incision lines are; Doughnut, Lollipop, Anchor. The scars typically look most red at 4 months, and then better at 10 months. With a breast lift, you have the opportunity to make the NAC smaller. Most women want the NAC to be about 4 cm in diameter. Best to talk with your Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. Together you will make a plan.

From your photos you appear to be a great candidate for a standard breast lift.  This would remove excess skin and raise the position of the nipple.  An areola reduction is part of the procedure.
