What I see in the photographs that you have submitted is the fact that you are lacking a great deal of volume in the lower eyelid and upper cheek area. Most likely this is a genetic condition inherited from your father. The lateral portions of your face are also a little hollow, making your face look long and older. I would consider fat grafting as fat grafting can produce natural and practically permanent results in the hands of an experienced fat, grafting technique, plastic surgeon.
