I am a 35 year old that had 2 syringes of Voluma (1 on each side) and 1 syringe split evenly on tear troughs about 14 months ago. I feel like my face looks pretty angular for my likening (happened with age as I used to have a full face) and have been thinking about nasiolabial filler and filler to round out my bottom lip and on beginning of marionette lines but wanted to get other opinions on what areas I could get filler/Sculptra to make my face look better…or if a fat transfer would be best?
Answer: Need to come in to consult For unique cases where a variety of modalities could be used to treat the condition, I would suggest an in-person or virtual consultation to develop a custom and effective treatment plan. It is difficult to precisely define the best option without collecting the same information. I suggest reaching out to an expert for a consultation with surgical and non-surgical methods to get a comprehensive option. Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: Which areas could use more filler? I would need to see you in person to give an exact recommendation, but you would likely benefit from filler to the mid-face (anterior cheeks and possibly tear troughs) as well as filler to the lower cheeks. Filler that I like to use include the Restylane family of hyaluronic fillers as well as Radiesse or Sculptra. Our goal with fillers is facial rejuvenation and volume restoration while maximizing safety and providing natural-appearing results. Best, Dr. Ort

Answer: Improving on facial proportions and rejuvenation of the face What I see in the photographs that you have submitted is the fact that you are lacking a great deal of volume in the lower eyelid and upper cheek area. Most likely this is a genetic condition inherited from your father. The lateral portions of your face are also a little hollow, making your face look long and older. I would consider fat grafting as fat grafting can produce natural and practically permanent results in the hands of an experienced fat, grafting technique, plastic surgeon. I hope this helps and good luck from New York, City, Plastic, Surgery.

Answer: Fat transfer vs filler Cheek augmentation can achieve what your looking for but an in person consult is an absolute must before taking my advice. Cheek augmentation is an area I like to treat first before tear trough. Sometimes treating the tear trough without treating cheeks can make cheek look further deflated. When it comes to fat transfer then using a temporary filler first to ensure your going to be happy with your new look before using something permanent. Fat transfer also will require multiple attempts.
