Neuromodulators (such as Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, and Jeuveau) and soft tissue fillers like Belotero can improve the appearance of the forehead by reducing lines, wrinkles and folds. After wrinkle relaxers, all patients should avoid laying down flat on their faces for a day. Doing so could result in BOTOX injections migrating into the wrong areas, creating an unattractive or unnatural look. You should also avoid pressing on the treatment areas with your hands. In general, Botox lasts 3-4 months. There will certainly be patients in which it lasts longer, in that 4-6 month range, or shorter, in that 2-month range. It is also common for first-timers to notice that it may not last as long initially but may last longer after the second treatment. Hyaluronic acid fillers such as Restylane and Juvéderm are some of the most popular injectable dermal fillers for erasing moderate and severe lines on the forehead. Synthetic dermal filler products like Radiesse and Bellafill can also be considered for deep frown lines and forehead furrows.

The short answer to your question is "Yes," static wrinkle lines on the forehead can be elevated and smoothed with fillers and are frequently treated in this fashion by experienced filler injectors. It is very risky to treat forehead lines with filler. Especially between the brow. It's a very vascular area and if filler gets into an artery it can cause a VO vascular occlusion, which can result in blindness and tissue necrosis. Best to treat with Botox.

I have yet to meet an aesthetician who is licensed to inject Botox or has the knowledge of facial anatomy to inject Botox. In the hands of a professional, such as a plastic surgeon, Botox and similar products can create miracles. The eyebrows can be elevated at the same time as the forehead wrinkles are reduced in size or erased completely. You need to be treated by a plastic surgeon or at least a dermatologist in order to satisfy your desires. Saving a few dollars can only lead to more problems or additional expense. There is no state in the United States that permits aestheticians to inject Botox . That being your first mistake , don’t let injecting filler into your forehead be the second . This is a very dangerous area to inject even for experienced injectors as it can lead to vascular events
