First and foremost, you appear to have a lovely face and nothing NEEDS to be done. As a board certified plastic surgeon, I can comment on some of these issues, but they are based only on your photographs and would best be discussed in person with a physical examination. Your nose is not necessarily too large, but it is a bit long considering your other features, and the dorsum has a bit of convexity, combined with the tip which plunges when you smile. A conservative, elegant and subtle rhinoplasty would help to decrease the projection/length and bring about overall facial harmony. In my opinion, this procedure would have the biggest impact for you. Your eyes are hard to comment on without a physical exam or more useful photos, but I would urge you not to style yourself after someone/something currently “in fashion” because fashion grows old, and I think it’s in every patient’s best interest to look THEIR best, not to chase a (surgical) fashion trend. I would not recommend a lip lift because the incisions always show and the result can easily look fake. However, you could consider lip filler. Your forehead is not too large for your head in comparison with the central third of your face. In summary, maybe lip filler and a conservative rhinoplasty would help bring balance, but you have a lovely face to begin with, and I discourage you from being too hard on yourself!

I think it is best for you to see a board certified facial plastic surgeon for a full facial assessment. Your nose is a strong facial feature - you have a small bump, your nose appears long (on side profile), the tip is over-projected (too far from the face) and the tip droops when you smile. These can all be improved surgically. To help balance and harmonize your face, you can consider a small chin implant, as this will help improve chin projection. Forehead reduction surgery would help lower your hairline. These surgeries can certainly transform an individual's face.

Hi! Thank you for your question and picture.I can see you want some change all over your face and I will write my recommendations. Your nose is a bit long and has a sharp tip. This can be corrected by a mild reduction of the size of your nose and cartilage shaping on the tip (tip-plasty). A lip-lift combined with rhinoplasty (without an exagerated effect) will help on the harmony of your face. For upper face and brows an endoscopic mid-face lift and lateral brow lift provide the fresh effect that you desire. Concerning the forehead, where your hairline starts a bit behind. This can be corrected with a forehead advancement to the front 1-2 centimeters but this van be done at the expense of a full length scar on the hair-line. Personally I would not recommend this for your situation.I hope I could answer your question.

The side profile photographs demonstrate an overly projected nose and an under projecting Chin. The under projection of your chin makes your nose look bigger than it really is. Consider placement of a chin implant to augment your chin forward for better facial balance and proportions, especially from the side profile. A closed rhinoplasty procedure can accomplish reduction the dorsal hump, reducing the projection of the nose, refinement of the nasal tip, and preventing the tip of the nose from drooping down dynamically when smiling. All the incisions are placed on the inside of the nose. Both procedures can be performed simultaneously on one anesthesia with one recovery period.
