7 months post-op rhinoplasty- the front view is extremely asymmetrical. What has happened? Is a revision needed? (Photos)

Hi. I had a rhinoplasty 7 months ago, and I’m really struggling with the results. The side view looks hardly any different (that was my main concern) and the front view is extremely asymmetrical. It looks like I have a beak/hook and when I smile, it droops into a big V. Essentially all the problems and insecurities I had with my nose still exist. I’m being told since day 1 it’s swelling but after 7 months I’m struggling to believe any significant changes will happen. I’m depressed.
