It's been 1 yr with no answers, what is this lump on the right front side of my nose? Could it be cartilage or a cyst? (Photos)

Whatever it is I suggest approaching it from the inside of the nose. I think what you have found is several doctors who are reluctant to operate fir fear of the problems it could cause. Any attempt to correct or remove it could result in scarring or a worse appearance.. that’s why nobody wants to touch it

I’m sorry to hear that you have been having a difficult time. I am assuming you mean that it has been one year since you had a rhinoplasty surgery. I would suggest that an MRI would better help to answer your question. If it’s cartilage, it can be accessed from the inside and would not produce an external scar. I would hold judgement on the proper approach for a cyst until it’s properly diagnosed.
