Car accident face fractures and missing columella, is it too late to get this fixed? Suggestions? (Photo)

I read both of your questions on RealSelf. I’m sorry about your accident. Thankfully you survived with several non-emergent issues that need to be addressed. Based on your narrative, you may have had a left maxillary fracture with tooth loss, along with involvement of your nose. You are right, sometimes a team approach may be best. Or one good doc to interpret your CT scans and coordinate a plan. My best suggestion would be to reach out to facial plastic surgery fellowship directors near you through the AAFPRS. Thank you for your question and picture.In the evaluation of nose, we need clear pictures (yours is a bit blurred) taken from different angles, from front side, 45 degree right and şeft and on both sides. On must be taken from down, showing mainly base of your nose including your columella. So we can be of better help for your situation if you can provide these pictures. I hope I could help.
