If money was not an issue, how many sessions of focused shockwave therapy should one undergo for maximum results? And long term, how often can one undergo it? Can it also be done, say weekly?

Awt protocol should be 2.7 bars with 21 htz. This should be done biweekly for 6-8 weeks. The amount of pulses should be between 10-12000 per session. Each session lasts 30 minutes. Long term effects depends on the individuals health and habits, like smoking. Most healthy older men last 1-2 years.

The studies that show the high sucess rates of shock wave therapy for ED are usually based off of six sessions (with a focal device as opposed to radial). Patients can begin to notice a difference as soon at three weeks after their third session. The treatment is noninvasive and also effective so patients often want to continue with therapy. We inform them that there isn't longterm data showing a continued improvement with indefinite treatment but that as the treatment is noninvasive, we can go beyond six treatments.
