I have no experience with Cellupulse. Would recommend you find a provider that does both procedures. Sorry. JB
Acoustic wave therapy is the same thing as cellupulse and shock wave therapy. For plastic surgeons, it is used to treat cellulite.
Thank you for your question. Cellupulse is one of the many acoustic wave devices on the market. Others are Z Wave, Miracle Wave, and X wave to name a few.I hope this was helpful - Dr. Moore.
Hi DearThere are many machines that use the same energy to burst the fat by sound energy. The difference might be the frequency (HZ). The higher it is causes faster fat destruction and fibrous tissue separation or scar tissue releaseThank youRamtin Massoudi, MD
The original acoustic wave tech was developed by Stortz Medical out of Switzerland. The first clinical trials for ED were done with the Stortz Medical D-Actor 100 machine. They also used the same machine for other studies like pain management and cellulite. hope this is helpful. JB
The only side effect I ran into is simple bruising. Otherwise it is a safe therapy. Some treatments require numbing cream but otherwise perfectly safe. Hope this helps. JB
Yes, but I would not recommend it for Grades 3-4 as those dimples require enhanced therapies like Aveli. Hope this helps. Be evaluated first. JB
AWT wave forms are faster then sound waves. They enhance blood flow to the area being treated. An example is ED in men and cellulite in women. For mild cellulite it is good. If cellulite is Grade 3-4 opt for other options like Aveli. JB
Awt protocol should be 2.7 bars with 21 htz. This should be done biweekly for 6-8 weeks. The amount of pulses should be between 10-12000 per session. Each session lasts 30 minutes. Long term effects depends on the individuals health and habits, like smoking. Most healthy older men last 1-2 years.
Although not as good as saline injections this can be done with fair results. Awt can also work on cellulite on the thighs.
