I am a 66 yr old female 5"3 weighing 138 with light olive skin with some melasma. I would like to tighten the jowls, marionette (upper, lower, and under shin area) Thank you

Ellacor is a treatment intended to tighten the skin in the lower face. We also treat patients neck with Ellacor to further enhance the skin tightening. A consultation is required for us to see if a patient would be a good candidate for the procedure! Once a patient is deemed a good candidate, a number of treatments would be established to give the patient the best outcome. On average patients need 1-3 treatments 4 weeks apart in order to achieve their best results. Through Ellacor, micro-cores are ejected from the skin which allows for the improved skin architecture and decrease in wrinkles.

Dear Moba81923, Based on the It is hard to tell if someone is a candidate without a physical examination. However, I can tell you that Ellacor is one of the only minimally invasive modalities for skin tightening that is safe on all skin types and for patients with melasma because it does not use heat. Most technologies for tightening the skin are energy based and use radiofrequency heat. This unfortunately is a contraindication for darker skin tones because of the risk of hyperpigmentation. Similarly, for patients who have melasma, the heat can actually aggravate and potentially worsen the condition.
However, if you have fat in your chin area, Facetite/Necktite might be the best option. A personalized consult with a experienced provider in both modalities is recommended for the best possible outcome.  Hope that answers your question!
