I had fat transfer to my breasts, and the surgeon put in far more fat than I wanted him to—800ccs per breast. As an explant patient, I only wanted him to fill out my upper pole, so that I looked normal again, and to keep my B cups. Now I'm a D. He's agreed to lipo out some fat, but he's saying that he'll extract only about 80ccs per breast, which seems like very little. Is it possible to become a B again with this amount taken out? If not, how much should he actually remove?

Health insurance does not cover cosmetic breast reduction, but plans usually cover breast reduction surgery that is medically necessary. In your case, you might actually be eligible in your own country. Insurance companies tend to not cover surgeries overseas.
Thank you for your query. The fact that your surgery was covered by insurance means you had medical issues and needed a significant reduction. When we do breast reductions at a very young age we try to leave as much of central glandular breast tissue as possible, so that lactation would be...
Yes, you are. I would advise the Lollipop scar approach with offloading extra tissue from the lower side of the breast. The superiomedial pedicle approach works well.
