Fractional laser is an amazing and highly effective treatment in our office. We use the laser treatment to help with acne scars, large pores, fine wrinkles, tissue collagen loss, scars, sebaceous hyperplasia, active acne, and for brightening dark pigmentation. Although there are very strong fractional lasers such as CO2 laser, we use lighter treatments for corrective skincare and maintenance of results. Our Thulium fractional laser, clear and brilliant laser, and Ultra Thulium laser are excellent options in our clinic. We also perform CO2 fractional and erbium depending on skin tone and tolerance for downtime. Patients do have to use a Melarase cream before and after treatment to help further reduce pigmentation after laser. Dark spots can improve with these treatments. I recommend fractional laser for incisional scars as well, especially after plastic surgery. Best,Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon
Many factors (the aggressiveness of treatment, how fast the patient recovers, skin condition, etc.) effect how long to wait between treatments, so it is difficult to give an exact answer. The main consideration is that the patient’s skin has been able to fully recover from the last treatment before treating the same area again. Generally speaking, I recommend that patients wait about 4 weeks between treatments though this will vary. If you have a specific question about your own treatment schedule, there is no substitute for an in person consultation with a certified medical provider.
For my packages of C&B, I like to split the treatments by about 3-4 weeks. This gives the skin more than enough time to be completely heal before the next treatment. You should notice the "sandpaper" feeling for a few days, then a very smooth texture for a few weeks. When you notice the skin return to normal, that's when its time for the next treatment.
It generally takes two weeks to repeat the Clear & Brilliant to help with pores, pigmentation and texture. Six treatments is the recommended amount to times. It has no down time. If you would like faster results you should consider the Fraxel laser. Please consult an expert.
Depending on your skin condition I space out the treatments between 4-6 weeks apart. Clear and Brilliant is a very flexible laser with little or no downtime, and hence can be tailored to your skin condition. For sun damage, sun spots and pigmentation, I usually advice 4-6 sessions 4-6 weeks apart, for maintenance of melasma, this can be spaced 8-10 weeks apart. Individualised treatment programs will always give the best results. Dr Davin Lim. The Fiori Institute of Skin and Body. Brisbane. Australia.

Clear + Brilliant shouldn't burn the skin. It is very low energy low density. I suggest comparing the before and after photos. In the years I have had this device I have never seen burns or hyperpigmentation. I suggest going to an expert. Best, Dr. Emer.
Assuming the Restylane was injected properly, both Clear and Brilliant and Fraxel should have no effect on the outcomes from your filler treatment
