Teeth near by an implant crown - Pressure and sensitivity?

Hi, I just got a crown put on my implant. The implant was put in my mouth about six months ago and everything was fine. Issue is now that some of the teeth near by the crown are a sensitive to touch (pressure). I also got another tooth extracted the same day but it's farther away. Should I worry or is this just the teeth getting use to the new crown? It has only been 12 hours by the way, I just wanted to make sure I wasn't doing anything wrong. Thanks!

Yes, the doctor should have told you that the file separated in the tooth. Often this is no consequence if the root canal can be completed with a good seal. You need to be informed of this in case other issues arise from this tooth in the future. The discomfort you are experiencing now may not...

I suggest returning to the dentist ASAP. This will not resolve itself. It may be a very simple adjustment that is needed.
