Swelling in thighs and calves after liposuction in tummy, flanks and hips?

is it normal for the legs (from thighs to ankles) to get swollen after lipo in tummy/hips/flanks? I also had revisions in my thighs but I have noticed that my pants are tighter than previous to the surgery 2 weeks ago. why would I be swollen in the legs after tummy procedure? and why are the flanks feel so hard? thanks.

Liposuction under tumescent local with the smaller cannulas and done all around the arm tends to give the best results and is easy to undergo.

Dear ahmedchaibj,Thank you for your question. It is common to have swelling in the genital area after having liposuction. This can take weeks to resolve. It is best to make an appointment with your operating surgeon with any concerns you have and for treatment advice. I wish you the best of luck...

If this is currently blistered you need hyperbaric oxygen treatments and proper wound care.  If there is only pigmentation, at this point there is very little you can do however you should see a fellowship trained burn / laser / scar expert.  I am sorry this happened to you. Best, Dr. Emer.

Implants, fillers and kybella can be used to contour the face.  Buccal fat pads can be removed to further contour.  However, I suggest a formal consultation.  Best, Dr. Emer.

A lot of this is proper patient selection and getting the right treatment done by an expert.  If someone has loose skin to begin with they are not a good candidate for liposuction alone or need a hi definition procedure with skin removal.  I suggest seeing a body sculpting expert for options.  ...
