Is there a surgery to widen a narrow forehead due to hairline? (Photo)

My hair line makes me have a very narrow forehead is there a way without laser hair removal to widen my hairline? I currently pluck my hair to the shape I want the hairline to be but that leaves the area bumby and it's a band aid solution. Female. 23 years old. Here's sketches of my face and hairline. The red is were I would like my hairline to be.

Botox must be placed directly in the corrugator muscle for it to have any beneficial effect and reduce the scowling ability on a temporary basis. If you have tried and failed Botox , consider a brow lift procedure with surgical softening of those muscles for  a  permanent change. For many the b...

With the availability of Botox which can attain 6 mm of brow lift when placed into frown lines and crow's feet I have abandoned surgical brow lift. Please see link below:
