When can one resume their facial skin care routine after rhinoplasty? For example, a routine including washing with cleanser, facial lotion, eye creams, masks, etc.?

You are not going to disrupt the ultimate outcome of your rhinoplasty with a facial. It may swell a bit but this will resolve in a week. Have at it.
