When to re-start skin care after rhinoplasty? Should patients typically need to wait longer than when the cast comes off?

When can one resume their facial skin care routine after rhinoplasty? For example, a routine including washing with cleanser, facial lotion, eye creams, masks, etc.?

There should be no reason not to resume skin once the cast comes off as long as you handle the nose itself gently. You might want to avoid the nose itself with strong exfoliants and perhaps RetinA for 2-3 weeks.
