Thank you for this wonderful question! I typically will release my patients to do self massage and have facials, including the nose, at 4 weeks post-operative. I always encourage patients to follow up with their Board Certified Plastic Surgeon as he/she may have a post-operative recovery plan in place that is tailored specifically for your needs. You are not going to disrupt the ultimate outcome of your rhinoplasty with a facial. It may swell a bit but this will resolve in a week. Have at it.
