There are many options for increasing the height of your nose.  Nasal implants are an option.  Rib cartilage grafts can also be used.  Sometimes fillers can be used to fill in the radix (bridge of the nose).  Consult with a facial plastic surgeon to find out specific recommendations for your nose.

 A full set of facial photographs are required to make a determination about which techniques of rhinoplasty would be applicable to your nose. The bridge line can be augmented with an implant or patient's own natural tissues such as cartilage. The bidgeline can also be narrowed to reduce the flat appearance and give more definition to the sidewalls of the nose.
