I had a rhinoplasty a year and a half ago. I began to have nasal issues like running nose and post-nasal drip; the CT scan showed I had a deviated septum and enlarged turbinates. so after a year, I had a septoplasty. The ENT surgeant advised me that the septoplasty would not change my appearance; however, I noticed after the surgery, my nose looks collapsed with a small indent on the roof of my nose. I am also having difficulty with breathing. It's distressing because my nose has no definition anymore.
