Is having Sculptra injections not advisable if having a facial procedure?

I am getting Sculptra for facial fat loss, had 3 syringes so far, 4-6 weeks apart. I did not have any problems with lumps. I had to get Mohs surgery on my right side, nasal area. Now 6 weeks after my last syringe I have a large lump, appears discolored, on my right cheek. Can having a facial procedure where they are pulling your facial structure cause the sculptra to do this?

These 2 have to be related. Is is possible this is merely a bruise. If this is the case, waiting will resolve the problem. If this represents an infection, you might need antibiotics. I would discuss with both doctors to see what their opinions are.
