Is having Sculptra injections not advisable if having a facial procedure?

I am getting Sculptra for facial fat loss, had 3 syringes so far, 4-6 weeks apart. I did not have any problems with lumps. I had to get Mohs surgery on my right side, nasal area. Now 6 weeks after my last syringe I have a large lump, appears discolored, on my right cheek. Can having a facial procedure where they are pulling your facial structure cause the sculptra to do this?

I think that what is bothering you is that the lower face and jawline are too broad. I don't ever inject masseters with Sculptra. I would try to see if Botox/Dysport in the masseters will turn the face into a more V shaped. Possibly placement of fillers in the temples might round out the upper f...
