I'm 23. I have ptosis of the upper eyelid. I want this corrected. I also want canthoplasty as my eyes tilt down too far, there is a bell curve look to them. I have a netural canthal tilt however. It also seems that once both those procedures are done, I would need a lower retraction to straighten the bottom eyelid. How safe is it? How reliable is it? I don't want to revise this surgery 10 years later.
